Introduction

The term ‘Web Design’ creates a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. The word design suggests graphics and layout so many people think that’s what designing a website is all about. Most people think that website design is very simple, all you need to do is install the company logo, add the relevant wording, decide on the arrangement of the pages and that’s it.

Well I am about to shock you by outlining the many complicated processes involved in web design. Think of it this way; when an architect designs a house all we see is the way he lays out the rooms, how the available space is arranged. We normally do not concern ourselves with the amount of technical detail that goes into the design. The architect has to work out the stresses on the walls and the weight of the roof. If there are fireplaces he has to know about draughts and the shape of chimney for it to do the job. He has to plan heating systems, plumbing systems, drainage and sewage, what type of windows to use, door fittings and many other details so that when it’s finally complete the overall effect is pleasing and suitable for the purpose intended. Web design is similar. A customer may have an idea of the layout of the website but will need the services of the Web Designer to make it all happen.

Stages in the Process

There are many items to be decided on before even starting to build a website. Some of the important questions to consider are:

Who’s the target audience?

What’s the purpose of the website?

Do you want it to be found by the search engines?

What is the domain name for the site?

What links need to be in place?

What type of graphics do you want to use?

Do you want to include photographs?

Do you want a system of monitoring visitors to the website?

Once the webmaster has the answers to these questions then she can start the process of designing the site to give you what you want.

Target Audience

What sort of people are going to use the new website? Are your customers likely to be businesses, sales people, home owners, parents, teenagers or children and so on?

Objectives of the Website

Is the website to be used to sell products on line, or to market your business to get leads for new customers? Maybe you wanted it to be an online brochure to showcase your products. Balloons for trade have a website for resellers only so that they can look up the products before placing an order. Because there is no selling on line there are no contact details on the site. You may want to use the website to foster a community to be in contact with other like minded people. You would need a design that incorporates a chat rooms and online discussions.

Being found on the Web

In my work as a web designer in Nottingham I have to ask the client to think about how important it is how you want your website to be found on the internet. This involves a whole process of establishing keywords for your products or services. The first step is a search of key words in the industry. Finding the best keywords is vital if you want to be in the top ten listed in Google. By using a keyword research tool you can find the single most popular keyword; the one everyone puts in. For example people looking for a vacuum cleaner might type in Hoover although this is in fact a brand name.

Domain Names

Domain names can be the hardest part of setting up your website, because nearly every name you come up with will most certainly have been taken already. By far the most popular are domain names ending in .com as they are internationally recognised. For that reason alone the majority of shorter names will already have been registered.
Choosing names with endings such as .net; .co.uk .org .info may provide you with the domain name of your preference. When choosing your domain name it is a good idea to include one or more of your keywords. Although the name of your business may be the obvious choice for a Domain Name, it is not necessarily the only option.

So as you can see choosing domain names and keywords right at the beginning of the process will determine how the site is constructed so that it is suitable for the purpose required.

A brand new domain name space has just been created.

Companies can now register their name in this brand new .tel name space and it is intended to replace the telephone directory. When the domain name is viewed in your web browser it will provide the companies details and telephone number.

Creating a Site Map

It is very important to have a site map to outline the pages on your website, e-commerce website or forum space. It shows the design and flow through the website so that when selling on line, items work in order such as; adding product to basket, entering delivery and billing address and on to making credit card payment. The site map helps to identify how user friendly the website is so that there are no difficulties in getting onto the site. Often the user name and password are set for the customer so there is no hindrance to achieving the initial purchase.

Non e-commerce sites are easier because it is possible to receive enquiries by email, without publishing the email address on the website. By using a contact form you will avoid spam and also validate the information before you receive it. The aim is to create a balance between discouraging junk mail, and making it easy for the enquirer to use the site.

Links

An important consideration when designing a website are links. These can be links to other pages of content within your website, and links within the content of your website in the text, as well as links from the menu. Consideration has to be given to whether the links will open in a separate window so you still have your original page open or will the new window replace the previous one.

The Copy

The copy is the words and visuals you want on your website. Having made decisions about the target market and relevant links, along with the keywords and using the site map information, the next step is to decide what imagery you want displayed. A picture speaks a thousand words and remains in people’s memory far longer than just words. So images are important to reach your audience. Each image needs a caption which is the ‘most read’ words on the page after the title. The caption of an image need to be clickable so that when you click on a picture it takes you to the next stage of the sales process.

Design

The final design of the website is often the most challenging stage of the process because it’s subjective. In a large corporation, many people from various departments will have an input for their division. Everyone has their own ideas of what they think the site should look like and trying to gain a consensus can be a nightmare because not everybody will agree on the same things.

If you are having an ecommerce web design site built just for you then you will have a clear idea of what you want the site to be like.

Even then unless your ideas are workable in the medium, you may have difficulty getting something you like. Firstly to achieve a great design it is recommended you review other websites and find out what you like or dislike about them. Look at competitor’s websites to make sure your design will be an improvement on what is already in the market place.

Once you have done that you will need to create a design brief. The design brief should have a reference to the logo and any existing brand guidelines, colour schemes and fonts adding in any other relevant information.

Having done a design brief look for a suitable graphic designer. Choose your designer carefully, finding one who designs specifically for screen and the web to achieve the very best results. Beware of choosing a graphic designer who designs for different discipline such as print as they are very different processes. Look at other works the designer has done and decide whether or not you like their style.

Using multiple graphic designers is the best option if you are working in the big time and budget allows. Give each designer the same brief and request three concept designs from each one. The client might also do a design, even if it’s a scribble on the back of an envelope, there will then be ten concept designs. Get everyone together and choose the preferred elements from each design. Once the items you want are selected choose one graphic designer to do the final artwork.

All parties need to agree on the final artwork before construction of the site begins. Consideration should be give to the fonts used for the titles and buttons etc. Fonts have to be licensed so if the designer has not supplied something then the developer will need a copy of the fonts to achieve the task. Professional graphic designers will usually provide the artworks in a layered Photoshop file so if titles are not going to be in plain text get the designer to also supply the fonts.

Production

At last all the ground work has been done and the site is ready to go into production. This is where it gets technical! You may not want to go into the detail in which case leave it to your Web Master to choose for you. There have to be decisions about what language to use, either Unix or Windows based, to build the website. Each have advantages and disadvantages with multiple variants but sites such as Ebay, Facebook, Google as well as other well known websites are built on Unix. Your website has to be built with the development language of your web host provider so that they are compatible.

Accessiblity and Compliance

These are current standards for website development to insure that disabled users, such as the visually impaired, can still access all sections of the website.

Development

Development of the website is best done on the web server where the site will reside. Those involved in reviewing the work can then monitor work in progress and provide feedback throughout the development.

Unforeseen Items

As the site building gets under way the customer suddenly thinks of something they must have. No matter how well the web master prepares and asks the client the right questions, there are always some last minute adjustments to the programme. The main aim is to minimise last minute additions because they aren’t calculated in and will generate extra costs and cause delays to the date of the website going live.

Going live

At last your site is up and running and you see the results of all the planning that has gone into the whole process. There is no substitute for real world testing so as soon as the site is live ask your friends and colleagues to view the website from their own computers and give comments.

Marketing

Once the site is up and running it’s time to turn your attention to promoting your products by submitting the site to the search engines, writing articles, and press releases and generating links from forums, blogs and other social networking spaces.

Reporting and Monitoring

Recently we have seen a fair few companies creating ecommerce websites to sell the new range of toy robots, obviously with Christmas 2009 now behind us these toys are bound to sell well throughout the whole year as birthday gifts, so reporting on these kinds of projects is essential. If you have setup a toy ecommerce website then be sure to consider your reporting software carefully.

Use a reliable statistics package such as Google Analytics or Web-Stat.com to collect and review website visitor data. All you will need is a small block of code inserted into each web page on your site to collect visitor information to help you assess the success of your products in near real time. Web-stat.com also monitors the website and alerts you by email and text message if the site goes down.

Conclusion

The title ‘Web Design’ is a bit misleading in that people often assume it means the graphic design on the home page and the branding of the product. Unless you are a computer expert, most people do not realise the amount of work that goes into designing and building of a website. Clients are not aware of the amount of complex technical work necessary to build the systems that support what they want the website to do. In such a complex process anything that gets tacked on at the end will end up incurring more cost to your budget.

The degree of initial questioning is an indicator of how experienced your web designer is. Every aspect of the construction has to be decided upon before you even start the design. These things may sound very technical to us non techies but it is essential for the web designer to find out exactly what it is that you require so that everything can be costed accurately and built into the design from the beginning.

Everybody in the country, and certainly all around the planet, will certainly have suffered the latest worldwide economic downturn in one way or another, either as an individual or as a business operator. It may not have had an immediate impact on your own position or your personal income, but the knock-on result of companies losing revenue will have influenced the monetary circumstance of the vast majority of folks. It was a very complicated problem with wide reaching ramifications.

The downturn now appears to be over, or is at the very least on its way to an end, according to many economic experts. Although it might not yet be the occasion to celebrate having survived the financial meltdown, it should be a time to start looking ahead and preparing for a future within a steady economic climate. It is time to find some recession opportunities.

Firms of almost all sizes, trading in all kinds of markets are no doubt going to need to change their operations in view of the economic depression. This may be after law is introduced to more closely govern and keep an eye on the actions of worldwide financial organisations. Many businesses may also be looking at ways to make themselves more robust and able to withstand financial instability in the long term. Either way, there will probably be changes for many businesses, and wherever there is change there is potential.

The Recent Recession

The recession of the early 21st century began in 2007 and gradually propagated around the planet over the next couple of years. Numerous economic analysts credited the cause of the recession to be the crash in the U.S. property market, which in turn affected the value of monetary products tied into real estate assets.

This fall in value then uncovered the vulnerabilities of such a widespread network of credit contracts between international businesses, particularly when much of the system was being supported by subprime lenders who were financial liabilities. A general lack of third-party control of the monetary services sector had allowed the creation of a highly complicated web of high-risk credit deals that relied upon a rising economy. Once the first debtors started to fall behind on repayments, the entire house of cards was quick to come down.

The subsequent financial fallout saw many individuals lose their jobs and also lose their properties, while many large, international organisations were forced out of business. Government authorities throughout the world had to bring in radical financial packages to assist their own banking systems, and even now certain first world countries are struggling to survive financially.

Even businesses that specialise in supplying glass recycling had to change their functions so as to endure the credit crunch.

The Impact on Business

It’s probably fair to state that the economic downturn has had an effect on just about every single business around the world. Certain company models will have been more able to adapt to the additional financial stress than others but they will have nevertheless experienced an impact at some section of their operation.

Many thousands of small and medium sized businesses have been pressured out of business as a result of the recent economic collapse. Several of these situations will have been fairly basic; as the general public start to reduce their spending these types of businesses lose income, and since margins are often very slender in a competitive market place there was very little room to allow for this drop.

Other cases were not so clean cut. There were circumstances where one business in a lengthy supply cycle were unable to make it through and the knock-on effect would push every business in that supply chain to the edge of bankruptcy. The companies which were able to survive have had to make very difficult choices to ensure they can outlast the economic downturn.

Job losses have naturally been a pretty sensitive subject to the wide majority of us. It is estimated that the present number of unemployed individuals in the UK is over 2.3 million (almost 8% of the total countries’ labourforce), and many of these will have been victims of the international financial crisis.

The End of Recession

It does seem that the recession is on its way to an end however, and that can only be good news for business. Gross domestic product (GDP) saw a climb in the UK during the final quarter of 2009 and overall unemployment figures dropped, both of which are signals of an economic system that is healing. This isn’t a view shared by everybody though.

Experts at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) have forecast that the UK financial system may actually get smaller over the duration of 2010 and Mervyn King, the Governor of the Bank of England has spoken of the risk of wide-spread unemployment continuing.

This uncertainty may be used as an advantage however, and businesses that are prepared to take a few risks or who are prepared to modify their operations to cater to a more cautious target audience could be set to make excellent profits.

A certain organisation that specialise at supplying waste recycling made it through the recent recession and are now seeking to expand again.

Price Sensitivity

On the outside it may seem that the clear technique to use while the economy is recovering is to raise your own sales charges again to a level that offers your company some extra margin of comfort with regards to running costs. As the economy grows and people feel more secure in their careers they will feel secure spending extra money, so price increases ought to be an easy thing for shoppers to take on. This may not necessarily be the case.

Actually, many companies may find that they need to keep their prices as small as feasible because the recently triggered price sensitivity amongst the general public. Many of us have had to tighten our belts during the last few years, and just because the hardest of the recession appears to be over, we are not all prepared to start spending freely just yet. This is a pattern that is hard to exactly quantify, but businesses will need to be aware of how their specific consumer sector feels toward spending.

The term price sensitivity describes how influential the factor of price is to shoppers any time they are purchasing a specific product. If a fairly large price change, for example increasing the price of a car by £

1000, does not provoke a large drop in demand for that product then the item is said to be price insensitive. If a fairly modest change in price, say increasing the price of a car by only £

100, does see a fall in demand then that item is price sensitive. The exact same principle can likewise be applied to shoppers themselves, and following a phase of recession people are much more likely to be price sensitive.

As a result, the market place at large will take great interest in the costs of the things that they are purchasing. Many people will be watching out for bargains for everyday items that they require, and particularly their grocery shopping. Several of these things are essentials however.

Firms will be able to take advantage of this fact by using special discounts and price promotions to attract new customers into purchasing their goods. Buyers will be more likely than ever to switch from their favored brands if the price tag is right, and firms that offer the best priced products are most likely to stand to profit from this. Once these prospective customers have turned into clients there is a great chance that they will stay faithful to their new product choice as the economy rebounds further, which could lead to additional spending at the original prices.

Clients can often be very discerning regarding their own product or service selections so this website provides a range of items and offers information about each one of them.

Financial Security

People’s awareness of the economy at large and also how it affects us all has significantly grown in light of the economic downturn. Previous buying decisions may well have been made in accordance to the quality of the product and its value, but there is actually a fresh aspect that shoppers will be considering now. Financial security.

Recession Proofing

Many firms have suffered bankruptcy in the aftermath of economic collapse. This in turn has left thousands of customers in a really bad situation. As people look to reinvest income into personal savings and shareholdings they would prefer to know that the company they are investing in has some form of defense against potential recessions. This could simply be a case of managing the company with as little debt as possible, but anything that could be used to reassure clients may be a fantastic selling point for a business.

Price Guarantees

One very noticeable feature of the recent recession in the United Kingdom was the steep decrease in the interest rate. Once this change had precipitated itself through the high street shops and monetary services organisations many people found that they were either suffering as a result or enjoying a monetary benefit. Either way, it definitely raised the profile of the effect that a fluctuating interest rate could have on every day economic products.

Consumers who are looking to open new savings accounts or private pensions might be concerned that if the recession does in fact carry on for much longer they won’t be generating any substantial interest on their investments. In fact, the recession may even now take a turn for the worst and interest rates might fall again. In this scenario, a savings product that provides a guaranteed rate of return turns into a really attractive choice. This method can be used to bring in several new savings clients.

The exact same can be said for customers with credit agreements. If the recession is truly over and the international market starts to recuperate more swiftly than many anticipate, then it might not be too long before we see a growth in interest rates. This would mean that customers would need to pay much more each month for their mortgages and loans. A business that can offer a guaranteed rate of interest that isn’t linked to the base rate of interest could again entice many new clients.

A similar approach was used by a number of companies when the rate of Value Added Tax (VAT) increased from 15% to 17.5% in early 2010. These companies would offer “price freezes” on their items for a particular time period in an attempt to retain current clients and bring new customers in.

Conclusion

Whether the recession is completely over yet or not, this has functioned as a firm indication that no company can afford to be complacent with its own situation of success. Company managers should constantly look to consolidate their own position and boost their own operations wherever possible.

Steering a car hands us a marvellous sense of freedom however driving on the highways does come with its fair share of dangers. Dodgy drivers, persons who drive affected by beer are all matters we have to face every day. Each set of wheels on the highways has to be guaranteed for third party loss but there are lots of additional events which are not covered in an obligatory car insurance contract. You could take increased security for your automobile. For example you can insert your personal injury risk and that of the things inside your vehicle.

In some nations there is a national health system which provides gratis medical care for all people. This is the situation in Australia and the United Kingdom. However even with the gratis systems available many individuals continuously find that they finish up on long waiting lists or have to wait for help. For people with lifelong sicknesses this does not give the assistance they need. You may take expert annuity insurance if you suffer from an illness including cancer or jaundice, to ensure that you obtain the help you require as quickly as you need it. Dont think about the trouble of too few beds as you will get private care and even your private room.

Many people are choosing to exchange gold since the price of the valued metal has gone up in 2010, to high stages! Exchanging of disused gold is no hassle: just go on the net and enter cash 4 gold into a good online msn. You will realise that lots of results come up, for the most part of companies who expertise in trading gold for money. Simply check what sum they offer for a set carat of gold and the rest is no problem. Simply post them your precious metal and they will be able to valuate this for you.

With a population in excess of 20 million and second only to California, it comes as no surprise that there are millions and millions of Texas State Marriage Records in one form or another, past and present. Amid the current age of computerization, both public and private databases exist aplenty and the mother of all repositories in Texas is of course The Texas Vital Statistics Office under the umbrella of Department of State Health Services of Texas. As to be expected, it is the most widely patronized center of information pertaining to Texas Marriage Records.

Marriage records in the state of Texas were the first of the principal records to be centrally filed and maintained at the Texas Vital Statistics Office which functions as the state repository. It started in 1966 and they were then followed by Texas Divorce, Death and Birth Records in subsequent years. Texas Marriage Records prior to that year may still be obtainable but they would have to be retrieved at the respective counties where the marriages were solemnized.

Such Vital records go way back to the mid-nineteenth century as early as 1837 but were all scattered and isolated within their own respective county boundaries. Many failed to survive the ages due to a variety of reasons: fires, floods, accidents, negligence or just plain deficient storage by modern-day standards but for all practical purposes, marriage records upon the surrounding handful of generations (as of 1966) should generally suffice, especially with the high standards today’s government public records.

A Public Marriage Record Search will virtually unveil all information in regard to someone’s marital history and status in the state. Texas Marriage License Records, Marriage Certificate and so forth plus the particulars of the people involved: couple, parents, witnesses and even the conducting official are considered public information. Marriage records are under individual state jurisdiction and thus subject to variations in their governance. Respective State Records are not linked either so marriage records in other states will not appear in Texas. Likewise, Texas Marriage Records won’t show up in other states.

There are various ways of conducting marriage record search. As with many endeavors these days, the fastest and most convenient searches are accomplished online. Public record websites are readily available on the net and they come in basically two versions: free and paid. True to form and expectations, paid marriage records are by and large way superior to free marriage records. As such, people would be much better served to go with paid marriage records especially for formal or official applications for which marriage record searches are invariably the case.

Going by the sheer volume of search, Texas Marriage Records has to be the top record category within the state. The most common reason for them is checking out a romantic partner. It is also a requisite in the application for a Marriage License. Other reasons for conducting their search include Family Tree research and other legal and investigative pursuits. People are also increasingly self-checking their marriage records just be to sure that they’re not shortchanged on that count as they become aware of the increased likelihood of their being checked.

Growing Bonsai Trees

The pundits are saying the recession is over. For many people that may be true, but it’s still affecting millions of others. Until everyone can get the job they need to sustain their family our country still has a major crisis unfolding.

Whether you’re suffering through this or not, keeping a lid on spending is important. If you don’t have a budget, now is great time to start one. You can use a program like quicken or Excel, or just simply write it down on a piece of paper. The important thing is to identify how much you spend each month on each category and also to stick to the budget plan you want. If you find you’re spending more on dining out than you should, make a conscious effort to cut back. If you’re spending less than you thought, you have room for shifting budgeted amounts to other things. It doesn’t mean you should spend more eating out, unless your underspending for your entire budget.

If you already live within your means, congratulations! If not, buckle down and get this crazy ride to slow down. Put more of your money into savings, into retirement investments (now is a great time to invest when the markets are down a bit, you’re buying more for your dollar), and pay down your debt. In fact, pay off all your debt. If you’re left with just a mortgage you’re ahead of most of the population.

When you buy things make sure you have the money ahead of time. If you must use a no interest payment plan, already having the money in savings means you get to put that money to work for you instead of just giving it to the bank.

What You Should Know About Eminis

Emini S&P 500 futures, or just eminis, are smaller-sized contracts of ‘full-grown’ futures contracts that have been around for a few decades. Emini S&P 500 futures are traded by electronic means by way of the Internet as opposed to ‘full-grown’ contracts that are traded using physical exchanges. Having an access to the Net will allow retail traders to contend against institutional traders in the comfort of their own homes. That is what the ‘e’ in their name stands for, namely ‘electronic.’ For information about Emini Trading Systems you came to the right spot!

Eminis that are well-liked these days are the ES, YM and ER2. These are the emini contracts of S&P 500, Dow and Russell 2000 futures. Indicated above are eminis of stock index futures.

These highly preferred trading vehicles are being traded by a lot of emini s&p 500 futures traders a couple of times each day. You do not have to risk a big capital in day trading emini s&p 500 futures. An account with only $3,000 or less can be created for you by an emini s&p 500 futures broker. Several people try their luck in trading these since it can be really profitable for those who have mastered it.

We’re speaking of the S&P 500, but what exactly is day trading? For some folks, this may be self-explanatory. However, this cannot always be so. Day trading, simply put, is closing your position the same day you opened it, that is, by the end of the daily trading session which is similar to the duration of a regular stock trading session. In other words, day traders must be out of their positions by 4 o’clock PM EST, or more exactly by 4:15 PM EST or even 5:00 PM EST if you should happen to trade YM as that’s the closing of the daily trading session of most electronically traded US stock index futures.

When S&P Emini Trading, The overnight session as well as the emini s&p 500 futures margins starts right after the end of the daily trading session. That’s why it is essential for a day trader to be out of his position by that time. Since the margins can be several times bigger than those allowed for day trading, this suggests that if your account is small, you may be unable to keep your position overnight and so, you are simply forced to close it. Moreover, holding your position overnight is a more unsafe offer than retaining it during the day as it is exposed to worldwide events, regularly volatile and unstable that are probably going to result in wild changes in futures markets. And who would actually need to lose their sleep over that? Actually, not a lot.

Day trading simply is being out of your position by the end of the daily trading session and not about how repeated you day trade. The emini s&p 500 futures day trading system notably differs from swing trading and position trading where you maintain your position up to a few weeks and for months, respectively.

I have been looking  for quality printing  options for quite a long time . As a San Antonio wedding photographer I have great sources for photo prints that come in great every time I order. I use a two different vendors , both of which require a resale permit but one also has a consumer side which I have not tried but am sure would be of top quality.
The two I use are Millers Lab  with it’s consumer side under the name Mpix. The other is White House Custom Color or WHCC for short. They print all sizes of portraits for my San Antonio wedding photography business.

Both  require photographers to send in test prints  to make sure there colors match what the photographer expects before giving the photographer an account. They both do press printed material and do a great job . It is aimed at short run pieces. Usually 25 to 50 so the price is a little higher than printers doing larger run jobs. This is a great alternative if you only need a handful of  well printed pieces for a special promotion.

The delivery time is quick . For traditional lab photo prints and press printed cards they usually print the same day or next day depending on the time the order is placed. It seems to go to the press within minutes of ordering so don’t even think about making changes after you hit the send button . Assuming you sent the order in early they usually package and ship it out the same day. WHCC provides second day delivery and usually the order will come in faster since one of the printing offices is only 1 day ground service away from San Antonio. Millers will ship air service so it is also a quick delivery. Both offer reduced rates and even free shipping for most orders.

For business cards I tried all the big names such as Overnight prints, Vista Print etc. While Overnight  does a good job they are not known for shipping on time  as far as shipping dates so I would not trust them for any job that has a  required   delivery date plus the rush  shipping will eat up any savings. It appears  most  of these discount printers make more off retail shipping  than printing. Of course they get massive  shipping discounts due to their volume but charge the customer standard posted  rates. A lot like the rate card you see in hotel rooms. They have a high list price shown so they can get every penny when the area is sold out during conventions but the normal rate you pay is about half that most of the time. The printers just charge the listed rate and never discount allowing the retail shipping rate to add to the bottom line.

When I used Vista print the business cards came in as if glued  together and the re-order came the same way. Not worth saving a little money when you have to pry business cards apart before using them. I found another printer called U-Printing. They have good prices and what appears to be reliable shipping dates. Of course the rush shipping is also costly but if they ship as listed may be avoided. They offer a lot of unique die cut business card styles without additional fees. This alone is a nice option to make your card stand out. I have used them for photo place cards as well as postcards and flyer’s.All the products came in with good color reproduction and on time.

A superfruit is definitely outstanding fruit that when eaten raw provide extraordinary benefits to the human body. Some may possibly claim that certain fruits cure diseases but we all know that it probably over stating it. Definitely some fruits can and do improve our lives. Certainly our moms did because they keep telling us to eat our fruits.

It is of course essential to eat at the very least 5 servings of vegetables and fruit every day. Plenty of nutritional supplements businesses have capitalised on the advice and brought numerous fruit juice natural supplements to the market. You might have perhaps sampled a few yourself over the years.

Some of those products clearly must have a few benefits due to the fact a lot of people purchase them and drink them consistently. The benefits are debatable, but some must exist just by the sheer number of customers that buy them. Politicians get elected to office by smaller numbers of supporters if you start counting.

To name a few of the more well-known superfruit companies and their products. Xango - Xango Juice, LeVive - LeVive Blended Juice, Monavie - Acai Blend Juice, Himalayan Gogi - Gochi Goji Juice, Zrii - Zrii Juice, G3, Kyani - Kyani Sunrise and Kayni Sunset, Zija - Zija Smart Drink, Pom Wonderful, Xyngular - Xyngular Super Fruit Global Blend. Gogi Health Benefits

What is actually amazing is that raw fruit is fantastic for you. Cooked fruit is not as good. This is because heat destroys the benefits of the fruit and the bottling of the fruit juice and by its nature storage and shipping further reduces its benefits. Most nutritional professionals now tell you to consume your fruit raw for the best possible nutrition if you are expecting to derive some kind of nutritional benefit.

We are not going to work out that debate here. But you can read more about the advantages of super fruits by using the links.

In 1906, an Italian economist named Vilfredo Pareto observed that roughly 80% of the land in Italy was owned by 20% of the population. This observation became known as the Pareto Principle or the 80-20 rule. It is not a hard and fast rule but the principle applies to our lives. In essence, not everything we do is equal. We can observe that large amounts of activity produce limited results. Conversely, we can also observe where small amounts of activity yield great results. This observation might be called the vital few and the trivial many. The key is what does this mean to me.

When it comes to anything, there are tradeoffs. For every YES there is a NO. When we say yes or engage in some type of work or recreation, we are really saying no to other things that we could be doing. The use of the Pareto principle could be used to help lead us to a more productive and profitable life. When I was a counselor in a Rescue Mission, I would challenge my clients to make a list of the areas of life that they needed to work on. For many the list was long. I frequently observed that they would select the trivial many instead of going after the significant few. They would work hard but in the end, they would give up or fail. They would wonder why. I would ask them if they wanted at least a 50-50 chance of success. All agreed. I would then use this illustration. Suppose you had ten items to work at. If the principle applied, it would suggest that 2 items would yield 80% of the overall desired results. It they chose to work on the trivial 8, they would have some return but clearly nothing like selecting the top one or two. In fact, it would yield less than 50%. They could work on 8 and get roughly have a 20-80 chance or work on the most important and have 80-20 chance. Those that selected properly faired much better.

When it comes to stock market education, there is a lot of material. My goal in developing the free stock market course is to present the significant few verses the trivial many. As an introduction, there is a free online stock market course that you can use to help make your choice.
